Jacek Zaplotny is a graduate of the School of Law and Administration at the University of Wroclaw. Jacek obtained the title of General Counsel Legal Advisor in 1998 after successful completion of the legal advisors examination and admission to the List of Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wroclaw. In 1999 Jacek began an intensive legal career in the Law Offices of Legal Affairs, where he was founder and partner. Jacek Zaplotny has successfully represented numerous companies, including that of joint-stock companies and limited liability companies, in matters concerning labor law, property law, insurance of estates and public law, business and commercial law, civil law, and tax law before courts, including before The Supreme Court and The Supreme Administrative Court and before state administration bodies and different bodies of local government. Ten years of working in his own law office allowed Jacek to achieve the highest level of legal services offered, and helped him gain immeasurable experience in the realm of civil matters especially those related to estate and property matters. Jacek Zaplotny has provided legal advisory services to reputable companies such as ; Nutricia Polska sp. z o.o., Goradze Wapno sp. z o.o., Saint Gobain S.A., and Reynolds. Jacek has taken part in investment projects of foreign companies investing and entering into the Polish markets. He specializes in commercial and business law, civil law, recovery and insolvency matters, bills of exchange and energy matters. Jacek Zaplotny works in cooperation with a team of legal advisors to provide legal services for PGE Elektrownia Opole S.A. (PGE Electric Opole S.A.). |
